Donate to help our stray cat we adopted

Hi! This sweet cat wandered into our house around 8 pm when I opened the door to take out the trash. She scared me haha as she was right on our stoop but she immediately walked in and went upstairs and started exploring. I tried to give her some water and she just looked so comfortable hanging out. I asked neighbors if anyone was missing a cat or had seen this cat before, I posted in our local neighborhood group but no luck! She has some visible skin issues and dirt that made us think she was definitely on the street for a while. We decided to take her to the vet at 9 pm to check for a chip, and figured we should get her evaluated as well. Little did we know the emergency vet visit cost is much higher than a normal vet! After a couple of hours we learned shes a girl, she’s likely been spayed due to her spayed tattoo but does not have a chip, is 8-10+ years old, and has a bunch of skin infections, an ear infection, and dental disease that likely will need a procedure. She didn’t have an ear clipping which happens when strays get spayed and released, so she might have belonged to someone before but obviously had been on the street awhile. She spend the night here and we decided we should keep her . We named her Maggie May, the stray! We would sincerely appreciate anything anyone has to offer to help pay for her medical bills. We have another vet appointment scheduled for all her vaccines, any additional antibiotics she needs, and to assess her dental disease and potential procedure. These expenses are quite unexpected for us but we’re just so lucky this sweet girl chose us and we can give her a home. Thank you!
