Hello, my name is Shyreen (Rini) and I am pleading with anyone who has time to listen if they have anything to spare to help our sweet boy. He has a urinary blockage and the thought of not being able to help him because of ill-timed finances just breaks my heart.

Last night he was meowing and howling in pain and kept trying to come to me to cuddle. I was checking his teeth, his paws, his bones, everything to see if it was a break or an injury. After finding the large hard lump in his lower abdomen we took him to the vet in the morning to get it checked out and our fears were correct.

Mr. Gruber is a tough guy but he's such a soft cuddle monster. He pushes his head under your arms if he wants to snuggle. He looks up at your face and puts a gentle paw on your cheek when you're sad. He knows his name and comes when he's called. He loves chin scratches. He paws at door handles when he wants to be let in. His purring takes away all my stress and anxiety and he's been my soul cat for my entire pregnancy and this era as a new mom. We cannot lose him.
