Hi, my name is Robin Boniface and my family is sponsoring Oleh & Natalia Levchenko who are still in a warzone in Kharkiv, Ukraine. They have a three-year-old son named Timur.

Unfortunately, things are not going well for them. They had a lovely life before the war. They were able to purchase a home and had a mortgage, but the house got hit by Russian shelling and wasn't livable.

They then rented an apartment and tried to fix their home, but then, both the home and apartment were shelled again!

With both a home mortgage and a lease on an apartment, they have now exhausted their savings and are living in a friend's apartment until they can raise the money to come to the US. They are anxious to get out of war-ridden Ukraine to protect their son.

I'm excited to get them to the US and know that they will thrive here! They are resourceful and energetic people who want to be in a safe place where they can rebuild their life.

We are trying to raise $5,000, to get them train tickets to Warsaw, Poland and then fly to Dulles, Virginia. We have filled out all of the forms for their acceptance into the United States Refugee/Parole program and need to cover the transportation and first month's expenses until they can get jobs.
