Hi, my name is Jenn; I work with Anita at the Homeschool Hub at the NWCary YMCA. On December 5, just a few days before his 40th birthday, Nick had an intracranial hemorrhage at work. The hemorrhage caused him to faint, and the fall caused a small skull fracture. As of December 10, he is still in the ICU. There are a lot of unknowns about his condition, including when he'll return home. While he remains in the hospital, medical expenses are building, and Nick and Anita are missing work. I'm fundraising to help cover the Hayes family's medical and daily living expenses. We want their focus to be on Nick's health and recovery, not finances.
