Dear Friends, and kind hearted supporters,

My name is Prathi and I am raising money for Rashmi, who is my sister-in-law. Rashmi suffered a devastating stroke caused by a brain aneurysm and had a craniotomy, which unfortunately has led to her left-sided body weakness and currently she is bed bound. She has lost the ability to speak or to do any activities of daily living. She was the breadwinner for the family and due to her medical condition she lost her job and has no income to support her and my nephew. She has shown incredible resilience in her fight to recover, but the journey ahead is long, challenging and financially overwhelming.

With her inability to work, the financial strain has taken a toll, not just on her medical care but also on my nephew who is 12 years old and needs assistance with school fees. My goal is to raise money for my SIL's neurophysiotherapy treatments, daily expenses and ensure my nephew can continue his education without any worry.

My SIL has always been a pillar of strength, love and kindness to those around her. Now, she needs our help more than ever. The money I am raising will help towards her medical and carer expenses and also support my nephew to continue his education as her condition is impacting a long way to go. Any donation big or small, will make a tremendous difference in easing their burden and allowing them to focus on healing and moving forward.
