I’m creating this GoFundMe because my family has gone through something really unfair and financially damaging.

My mother recently ordered a PC from Amazon under what was supposed to be a monthly payment plan of €50. However, instead of charging us monthly, Amazon took the entire amount upfront — €1,235 — without warning or refund.

Yes, we did receive the PC, but at a terrible cost — my mom lost most of her savings, and now we’re struggling with debt because of this unexpected charge.

We’ve reached out to Amazon multiple times, but they refused to issue any refund or offer help. It’s been heartbreaking watching my mom deal with the stress of losing so much money over something that wasn’t her fault.
