Donate to help my husband come home..

Hello, my name is Lucy Miller. My husband, Jeremy (Dok), is in Madison, Wi's University Hospital fighting for his life. He came down with a terrible infection that has put him in intensive care at the best hospital in the state. But it is also very expensive. We are supposed to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary this October, but I don't even know yet if he'll be home by then.

Meanwhile, we desperately need help to cover his medical care, and welcome generosity of any amount from all you wonderful people out there. I will be sure to update this community frequently as he changes and gets better. He is one who has touched the lives and hearts of many people with his kindness, generosity and understanding. Please help us continue to let him do these things. My thanks now on behalf of Jeremy, and all who love him.

8/11/2022-He just had his fourth surgery, and so far is doing well. He's actually starting to eat a little and is talking to us. Thank you to all of you who have already sent us donations! They will be put to good use!

8/21/2022-After a very bad week, he's finally got stable vital signs and is back on his tube feedings. Tomorrow he'll get to have some real food again, and hopefully they will actually be getting him out of bed for the first time. Our thanks to all of you who have donated to his care.
