My name is Euon and today, I would like to do my bit for my family.
The island that I have represented in football on many occasions at various levels, and where many of my family members, loved ones and friends still live, urgent relief is needed for them in Carriacou from Hurricane Beryl.
Any awareness you can have, good thoughts you can send or charity you can give will be hugely appreciated.
Here’s an immediate and raw experience of the initial impact:
I’m currently in Grenada as we speak and have spoken to my cousins personally. Some of them are currently living in cars until their homes are rebuilt, which can take time.
We are raising money for my family to have basic supplies, survival and to rebuild their home so they can restart their lives. The money raised will go directly to my Aunty and first cousins who are in need most.
