Hi, my name is Eric Tozzi. I'm a proud father of two amazing girls and a husband to a wonderful, God-loving woman. For the past 10 years, I've worked as a truck driver, and I'm the main provider for my family. I handle all the bills and support my loved ones to the best of my ability.

I’ve found myself in a difficult situation and have created this GoFundMe to seek assistance with legal fees that have become overwhelming. If you know me, you know how much this weighs on my heart—asking for help isn’t easy, but I’ve reached a point where I have no other choice. I’m in the process of finding a new lawyer after realizing my previous one wasn’t advocating for me the way I need.
