Hi, my name is Kareem. I never expected myself to start a go fund me, ironic, but here i am! I haven’t see you in 3 years so far. To the man who brought me on to this earth; my dad, i love you. It was never meant to end this way, so i hope it doesn’t. My dad has undergone surgery for his kidney. Shortly after, his lungs started filling up with water. The fluids won’t stop till his liver is treated, which we can’t afford. SO I HOPE EVERYONE REALIZES (NO MATTER THE SUM OF YOUR DONATION, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS AND MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE)! He’s barely slept the last 2 weeks, restless nights he has to keep checking and removing fluids from his body, so his lungs don’t drown, as the picture shows; at least 3 bottles a day.

My mom has been mainly covering the cost for all the bills, because of my dad’s business hindering in Jordan with the ongoing war. Unfortunately we are unable to complete the payments needed for his treatments. I’m afraid, however, currently my dad also has early stage liver Cirrhosis, and multi focal hepatocellular carcinoma, which is a form of cancer. I am praying and hoping for a healthy recovery, miracles don’t get passed around often, but god, i know your here with me, with my family and with my dad.
