Hello my name is Jolene, and I am looking to raise funds for my father, to help with medical expenses, due to needing a quadruple heart bypass surgery. Dad is currently facing a critical health challenge right now. A month ago, dad suffered a heart attack, and just found out after a dye test was done, that each artery going to his heart is 80% blocked. Due to this information, an urgent open heart surgery is needed to save dad's life. This has all happened so quickly, and while dad is staying strong, the emotional and financial stress has been overwhelming. The cost of accommodations, travel expenses, medications, and follow-up care, is more than him and Theresa can manage alone. We're humbly asking for your support.
