Hello, my name is Pam, and I am a sister on a mission to help my brother Jay Hammons. My brother was three years old when he was diagnosed with Cowden Syndrome.. haven't heard of it? Neither have many medical professionals! The rarity of this syndrome has made his journey all the more difficult. My brother has been dealing with this extremely rare gene mutation and its side effects of muscle and bone issues, painful bumps and several tumors throughout his body causing severe pain for over 50 years. Because of the rarity of this syndrome, my brother has had a very difficult time receiving the help he needs. Recently, my brother was also diagnosed with thyroid cancer. It has been a difficult time for him and our family, but we are trusting in God. We are asking for your support and help as my brother has no income and needs to find employment despite his current condition.
