UPDATE FOR MICHAEL'S MEMORIAL DATE
Michael Shearn passed away unexpectedly on June 26th 2023. The news of his passing has left many shocked, crushed, and heartbroken. His loved ones are left with a hole in their hearts that may never heal. Michael always had an open door policy and never passed judgement on anyone. If you needed help he was there, if you needed money he'd open his wallet and ask "how much", if you needed a shoulder to cry on he was there, or if you just needed a laugh he guaranteed that. He went out of his way to make you feel special and had one of the biggest hearts out there. He really was a one in a million person. Michael will be forever missed but never forgotten.
Those who knew Michael know he was a big kid at heart and most would agree he lived a full and happy life. He always lived in the moment never planning to far ahead which is unfortunately why our family has started a GoFundMe. Our family has been trying to pick up the pieces and plan a memorial service but are held back financially due to him not having a will and leaving his life insurance in the hands of someone who does not intend to use the funds for his service. This is an ugly truth we hate to share but want it to be clear that the funds raised are being used for Michaels cremation and memorial service. All anyone wants is to give him a proper send off and say goodbye, he deserves that and his loved ones deserve to be able to do that.
