I am a family friend that is desperate to help the Whitelow family, but I need this community's help. On January 23, 2024 Merritt was on his way to help a friend out, while he was driving, he suffered a massive stroke that struck the back of his brain. Merritt has been on life support, it has been touch and go for him since then. This week he graduated off of the ventilator and is learning new motor skills and to eat. He and his wife Vicki Flanzer purchased a house four months prior to this tragic event. Vicky has been running continuously from work to the hospital to be by Merritt's side. As a family, they depended on two incomes and without Merritt, Vicki is struggling to maintain the bills. So, I am turning to each one of you to please find it in your heart to help this family. We all know something tragic like this can happen to anyone at any time. For the typical middle class, hardworking family this is catastrophic.
