Hi, I'm Faunda. I've started this page for Mellissa McNicholas's fight with breast cancer. Mellissa is the kind of friend who is always there if you need anything and it's time to show her the same love she gives to each of us everyday. Before her diagnosis she was working two jobs to support her family. Her and her wife Mel have 4 kids at home and 3 adult kids. It took 2 1/2 full time jobs to support all this family has going on.

Her journey will include chemotherapy, radiation, a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. This journey is about 9-12 months long. During this time she will not be able to work due to the type of chemotherapy she will be receiving and recovery after the surgeries.

The goal for this page is for her focus to be about fighting cancer and not worrying about how the bills will be paid or the cost of treatments and surgeries.
