Donate to Help Me Stand Again

Life sure can throw you curve balls sometimes. It’s been 3 years now since I began to notice my balance was a bit off and 2 years since I haven’t been able to walk. Without the help of my husband, family, and friends, I don’t know how I would be getting through it. I am unbelievably grateful for each one.

For the past couple months I’ve been doing PT and OT and I was able to do a trial of standing frame. This allows me to be upright and put pressure on my feet again. It feels amazing! Plus it has helped my core strength and it activates the muscles I will need to be able to stand on my own. Sadly, our insurance won’t cover it. I found a used one near me and I am humbly asking for any help anyone can offer so that I can continue receiving the benefits and make progress towards walking again.
