Help Me Reach Peru: A Life-Changing Volunteer Experience

Hi, I’m Arthur, and I’m excited to share that I’m raising £5,000 to fund a one-month volunteer trip to rural Peru. This will be a life-changing experience for me, as it will be my first time flying and traveling abroad. The opportunity to work on meaningful community projects, such as building schools and houses, as well as contributing to vital reforestation efforts, means a great deal to me. I can’t wait to get involved and make a real difference in the lives of the people there.

To help raise the funds I need and to train for the trip, I’m planning to walk a series of challenges across the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. I’ll be walking to all 8 of the Wiltshire White Horses, covering around 100 miles in total. In addition to that, I’ll take on the Sarsens Trail, walking 26 miles from Avebury to Stonehenge on Midsummer’s Eve. The goal is to arrive at Stonehenge for sunrise.

This trip is more than just a chance to see the world — it’s a way for me to give back, help those in need, and take part in something bigger than myself.
