Hi everyone, my name is Laniya, and I’m raising funds to help me purchase my first car.

I recently started my first job, and I’m proud to say I am already saving my own money toward getting a car. However, getting reliable transportation is the biggest step I need right now to truly move forward. A car would allow me to get to work consistently, take on additional job opportunities, and continue saving toward my first apartment so I can become fully independent.

Beyond work, having a car would mean so much for my family. It would allow me to visit my mom and sister more often, spend time with my grandmothers, and help my grandma by taking her to medical appointments and running errands she’s no longer able to do on her own.

I’m not asking for a handout — I’m asking for a hand up. I’m committed to working hard, saving responsibly, and building a stable future for myself. Any donation, big or small, would help me get closer to reliable transportation and the opportunities that come with it.
