Donate to help Matt, Samantha and Lucas

The beautiful little tight-knit family of Matt, Samantha and Lucas have been left devastated after Matt was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of terminal brain cancer called Glioblastoma.

Matt has since undergone surgery to remove 90% of the primary tumour, measuring just under 5cm in diameter, while 2 smaller ones remain that cannot be operated on.

Matt is soon to begin high scaled treatment of daily chemo paired with 5 days of radiation per week going over 6 weeks to try and buy valuable time with his family.

Following this treatment will be additional chemo and potentially more radiation depending on MRI monitoring that will be ongoing. Current costs of radiation and chemo treatments along with multiple MRIs, psychology appointments and travel/parking are starting to add up while they are also managing current out-of-pocket medical expenses to support Lucas' additional needs, both of which will be ongoing.

Sam has had to stop working to assist Lucas with his therapy and medical appointments while she is also supporting Matt through his journey.

The family’s goal is to support Matt with his treatment and to help them focus on creating precious memories together as soon as possible.
