The beautiful little tight-knit family of Matt, Samantha and Lucas have been left devastated after Matt was diagnosed two years ago now, with a rare and aggressive form of terminal brain cancer called Glioblastoma.

Matt initially underwent surgery to remove 90% of the primary tumour, and has endured many rounds of treatment. In early 2025, a new tumour appeared and has now devastatingly doubled in size, despite ongoing treatment.

Costs of radiation and chemo treatments along with multiple MRIs, psychology appointments and travel/parking are ongoing, while they are also managing current out-of-pocket medical expenses to support Lucas' additional needs.

The family’s goal is to support Matt with his treatment and to help them focus on creating precious memories together as soon as possible.
