I have known Namuli Mary Solomy for about 27 years, and we attended the same secondary school, Trinity College Nabbingo. We have remained friends since then. I know Mary to be one of the kindest and most generous people I have ever met. She is a loving, vibrant mother to three beautiful children.

Sadly, Mary was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer 9 months ago. She has been undergoing chemotherapy, but has been unable to return to work. Consequently, her hospital bills are proving to be a significant challenge. Adding to her pain is the stress of not knowing how these bills will be paid.

Mary is also awaiting surgery and radiotherapy. To help offset the financial strain, she is asking for $6,000 from friends and well-wishers.
