Hi, this is from Mike’s work and golfing buddies. Just to let you know, Mike had a very serious fall from high up off a ladder He was up high cutting some palm trees. He broke and cracked 12 ribs and punctured his lung. He is in stable condition but still in the ICU for some time. He is going to miss a lot of time from work and many other things as he will be laid up for a long time. For most of us, missing work would be okay but if you know Mike, you know how much he enjoys his time with his co-workers and guests. He is strange like that. If you call, he probably won’t be able to answer as he has a forced oxygen mask to assist him breathing. If you text him any well wishes, he does seem to get back with everyone. Sometimes it just takes awhile. We wanted to do something small to help him a bit. He will be out for a long time. When he does get home, he is going to still have a lot of physical therapy ahead of him.

I know he won’t be playing golf or at work with us for long time, but I can’t wait to see him on the course again. Even if it is just riding in a cart with a drink while talking smack. That will be good. He does make everything thing so much more enjoyable.
