- My sister-in-law has Down syndrome and needs major dental work. Her insurance doesn't cover the procedure because it needs to be done in the hospital. She has a lung condition and is scared of hospitals. We found a dentist that specializes in Down syndrome who is able to do it in the hospital setting but is charging $5,600. She is rapidly losing weight because she cannot eat properly, she really needs this procedure. Please help us make this possible.
