Please help Lulu come home to us

Hi. Those of you who know me know that asking for help is not a strong suit of mine. I am here asking for help to bring our Lulu home to us. She had reconstructive surgery last Wednesday on her knee and although it went well, she had an anaphylactic reaction to the antibiotic they used. This caused her to have severe GI bleeding, her blood pressure dropped significantly, she had difficulty breathing, among other emergency situations. She has been in puppy ICU since then and although her long term prognosis is very good, the short term has been a roller coaster of emotions and updates.
Lulu is 2 years old and the baby of the family.
On February 22, 2022, we lost Jasmine, our Boston Terrier, after almost 15 years. She was the best big sister to Austin and Oliver and treated Austin as her own baby when he was little. So Lulu being sick has really been hard on the family, especially the boys.
Doggie ICU has been a life saver (literally) for Lulu and the staff has been amazing. Unfortunately, with great care comes a great hospital bill. This is why this page has been set up. A couple of wonderful people in my life have suggested that others may wish to help if I just asked. Especially since this is a once on a lifetime situation and rarely happens (the anaphylactic response) according to multiple veterinary doctors. Five days in the ICU, two blood transfusions, IV medications and round the clock monitoring has already exceeded $20,000. If you feel you would like to help us, we will forever be humbled and grateful. This is such an unexpected and unusual situation and we just want our baby girl home with us.
Thank you for listening to our story.
Thank you for understanding our love for little Lulu
