Hello my name is Laura and I really your help. I'm a single mother of 2 1nd work for the school system full time. Almost 2 years ago, I dropped my truck at Hyundai Alexandria. The engine blew up while I was driving with my children. The first year it was there they would only contact or return phone calls every 2 or 3 months. Ran a lot of tests and found out happened due to fault parts when it was built. I have paid ever car note and insurance every month it has been there. Over the next year they gave 3 different estimates to myself and the extended warranty company. In 2024 the manager said they would fix it 1nd I'd have it back by May. They then disappeared. I called corporate and they couldn't get any responses either. Hyundai drug there feet 1nd lied for so long the extended warranty run out. I'm in desperate need of paying off this truck which is $10,500 and money for a down-payment on a small used vehicle I can get too and from work with. I love my job 1nd don't wanna have to leave it because Hyundai screwed me over.
