Donate to Help Lance Haynes

Hi, my name is Jim Pardubsky. I'm a long-time friend of 84 year
old Lance Haynes. Lance is having financial difficulties because of the Pandemic. He used to operate an Antique Car Chauffeuring
business which provided old antique cars with chauffeurs for
weddings, photoshoots, displays, and tours. His business went to
zero when the Pandemic hit because these kind of events were
canceled. He's had to borrow money from friends to help pay his
home mortgage. He hasn't been able to make the monthly
payments for over a year now, and now his mortgage is in default.

Lance is trying to get a HECM reverse mortgage to save his house.
He has a lot of credit card debt that he's paying minimum
payments on at very high interest rates. He is thinking of filing
bankruptcy to get rid of his debt.

Lance is one of the founders of the international Durant Car Club,
and he was president of the club for many years. He is an expert
on the Durant cars, and he has owned several in th past for use
in his chauffeuring business. Lance has been a member of the
Kiwanus Club for many years.

I'm trying to help him finacially and with the other things he is
trying to accomplish. He is in the first stages of demintia, so he
gets confused sometimes and can't remember things.
Lance has recovered from cancer in his lower jaw from over 5
years ago. However, his throat has shrunken so much now
because of the previous radiation treatmens that he is not able to
swallow solid food anymore. Consequently, he's lost a lot of
weight. He used to weight 200 pounds, but now he's down to 150 pounds. He is over 6 feet tall.

Lance use to be a tennis player, but he had to stop playing many
years ago because he has worn out his right ankle. It's been bone
on bone for many years. HIs doctor tells him to stay off it, or it
might have to be amputated because of gangrene. He spends
most of his time in bed.

Lance has sold all his old cars except one that he needs for
transportation. His only assets are his house with a $380K
mortgage loan on it and his old 1967 Ford car.

No one in his family wants to or are unable to help him.
We are all hoping that he'll be able to get the reverse mortgage
to save his old house built in 1958. However, he still will have
his credit card debt to deal with. He only gets $860 from Social
Security becsuse he was self-employed for most of his career.
He doesn't have any other retirement income.

Any amount of financial help for Lance will be very much
appreciated.
