Donate to help Kristin Morris

Hi, my name is Jim and I am fundraising for my daughter, Kristin Morris.

Kristin has had a very difficult time over the past 3 years and needs emergency help right now with personal expenses like rent, paying bills and medical treatments.

She has been very ill and has been in the hospital multiple times, especially in the past 2 years. She has had sepsis at least twice and had had one surgery and several endoscopic treatments. The sepsis has caused motor skills problems where she could not safely drive. She has had a great deal of difficulty walking and has had to use a cane or walker.

She has not been able to work so there has been no income. That has forced her to use her savings and retirement funds.

And those funds have now run out.

Her goal has been to improve medically so that she can get a job but she is still being treated and her condition prevents her from working outside the home and limits her ability to work from home. Her family has provided some assistance where possible but cannot cover all of the current expenses.

Kristin is a private person and doesn't like to impose on anyone for help which is why I'm sponsoring this fundraiser. She is often generous to a fault and forgets to put her own needs first. She has rescued several pets in need and always remembers to send a gift to others for birthdays, holidays or if someone simply needs a helping hand or a lift.

It's difficult to ask for assistance and sometimes even more difficult to give it. But Kristin and I would truly appreciate any help to get her past the medical problems she is dealing with until she can get back to being able to support herself.

The good news is that she has made progress and continues to improve. She just needs a little more time to stabilize her situation. If you can help, even a little, that would be great. Maybe you can tell friends or people you know about Kristin. Maybe they're looking to help someone too.
