Hi, my name is Noeme, and I am fundraising for my nephew's medical bills.

My nephew Kawaii, sweet and happy 6 years old, who is living in the Philippines, was hit by a fast-moving car right across the school zone on August 1st, 2025. After 21 days of figthing, continuous prayers, and, of course, all of the medical procedures and expertise, Kawaii is recovering amazingly well. From being unconscious in the ICU for several days, having siezures to being able to respond to his family's voice is a really great improvement. He is still unable to talk and only communicates his needs through making facial expressions and noise. They have taken out his oxygen and are about to take his IV fluid as well. He is still being fed through the nasal tube to his stomach as of today (August 21, 2025) and until further doctor's advice. They will continue to have therapy for his arm and leg because the head injury and blood clot on his head had caused involuntary movements on his left leg, and he is unable to move his right arm.

In connection to all of this, his medical bills have gotten really high. I, on behalf of my sister's family back in the Philippines, are asking for the generousity of your heart to give for this cause. The hospital, Doctors fee and all medications and hospital miscellaneous are not free in the Philippines. His parents have government benefits that would help to pay some of the amount. But because of this accident, both of Kawaii's parents are unable to go to their respective works since the incident happened.
