I have been contemplating doing this. I am embarrassed, a little ashamed and l was hoping to figure out a way to do this on my own and keep it quiet, but l can no longer. I am in an alcohol rehabilitation facility after being a chronic alcoholic for the last 24 years. It finally came down to losing my friends, family members and even relationships and also near death to finally get emergency help before l lost my life. It's humiliating and l hate to even ask for help, because so many people have tried, over and over to help me get sober. I am not expecting anything from anyone, but it would be dearly appreciated for any little bit to help me finish this program. For the first time after all these years, l am 18 days sober and l am working hard every day mentally and physically to get stronger and beat this horrible addiction that l have let control my life. I need $1800 to complete the program. This will allow me to finish out the next four weeks of my treatment. Anything helps. Even a hug, a phone call. But, l need to finish this program so l can get my life back. Again, l didn't want to do this, l have tried everything. I have been sick for two years now and finally on the mend. I need to finish this program so l can get back my life. I can go on and on, but this is where l am. Once again, any little bit helps and l thank anyone and everyone in advance for any help that l can get.
