Hi, my name is Lauren, and I am fundraising for some of the most Christlike people I have the honor of calling dear friends - Jennie and Aaron Moss. To know Jennie and Aaron is to know people of incredible faith, people who have had their fair share of trials, but who reach out to others every day - helping and lifting everyone they come in contact with. If you are lucky enough to know Jennie and Aaron, chances are they have impacted your life in incredible ways, making your life lighter, and testimony brighter. Jennie has helped so many people come to Christ through her beautiful art, her heartfelt testimony that can be felt through her inspired podcast (Latter-Day Ladies), and the time she has spent speaking and building up the youth in her area. She is an example of kindness, love, and is one of the most understanding, tender mothers I have ever met.

Earlier this year they learned that they were pregnant with baby #5! The Moss family was so excited to bring another child to their family where they would be surrounded by loving parents, and 4 older siblings that were ecstatic to meet their new baby sister.

The past month, this family underwent a tremendous loss. At 18 weeks pregnant, Jennie had to go through the heartbreaking process of delivering their sweet Margaret (Maggie) Mae who died in the womb. This process required 2 emergency room visits, hospital stays, and a variety of medical services. Their hearts are broken, along with the hearts of so many friends and family members. Their grief is that of so many who have miscarried and lost a child - a soul wrenching weight that feels impossible to lift. Not only are Aaron and Jennie trying to process their own grief, but also trying to help their 4 other children navigate this grief. Over the past month, even while they grieved, Jennie has continued to move forward with faith, knowing and believing Gods plan for her, and for their sweet angel Maggie.

As medical bills have started coming in, they have been floored at how much more this pregnancy loss was going to cost then the birth they were originally planning for - nearly double the cost! The weight of it all has become so heavy - knowing that they will be so financially pressed for a sweet child that they did not even get to bring home.
