Donate to help Jemma afford electrolysis

Hi, I'm Jemma. I'm a transgender woman from Wales, and I'm fundraising to pay for my electrolysis treatment.
As a trans woman, I experience terrible dysphoria related to my facial hair, which causes me significant psychological distress. It's also costly, time consuming and downright miserable having to shave my face raw and cover up whatever's left with makeup every single day. Even as I sit here typing my face hurts from shaving. I hate the face I see in the mirror each morning. I just want it to end.
My hair, unfortunately, isn't dark enough for laser treatment, which would be the less costly and easier solution. So my only shot at removing this horror show from my face forever is electrolysis. Electrolysis is a more expensive, more time-consuming and more painful treatment. It also takes many more sessions than laser to see results. But it's my only hope.
I managed to afford a few electrolysis sessions in the spring of 2024, which were effective. I felt like I was making progress. But life happens, I have a daughter to support, being trans comes with all kinds of additional demands on my finances, and my financial situation is precarious, so I haven't been able to afford any more sessions since then.
I'm asking you to please donate whatever you can to help towards the cost of my electrolysis treatments, so that I can live a normal life as the woman I am. It's impossible to know exactly how many sessions will be needed for full facial hair removal, but 50 hours is a reasonable estimate, and my funding goal is based on that.
I know there are much more deserving causes out there, and I almost feel guilty even asking for help. But I'm getting desperate. I just want the pain to go away - I want to feel like me. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm so unbelievably grateful for any amount you feel able to give.
