Donate to help Jeff’s nursing home expenses

Hi, if you don’t know me already my name is Tiffany Kocurko (Leiseberg) I am no pictured, but in the picture is my dad, is Jeff Leiseberg, along with his mother, brother & sister. If you don't know he was diagnosed with brain cancer, more specifically glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) in January of 2022 enduring seizures which hospitalized him for close to a month. He was then treated at the Cleveland clinic for a clinical study for 6 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. He was then hospitalized for another week with seizures. During this time I ended up leaving my job to help care for my dad, it was the best decision to make for my family (dad, husband & children) and honestly for my own sanity! He was on his second round of chemo when we noticed he began declining in health. He had zero interests in anything, didn't even want to watch the TV (which he was always glued to!) he just wanted to stay in bed & sleep (totally understandable!) My dad fell 3 times at home before I finally called his doctor because it was more than the falls that was happening to his health (they suggested he go to the ER) so I had to call 911 because there was no way we’d be able to get him to a vehicle! He was at metro for a week before being transferred to the nursing facility he is currently still at. They thought maybe he could regain his strength to return home but unfortunately he fell 2 more times & his doctors recommended he needs 24/7 care so we made the decision best for his safety to remain at the nursing home. His nursing facility is currently not covered by his health insurance and needs to be paid for out of pocket - which is $7,800 and that is why I made the goal for this fund 2 months of his stay there. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated by our family!!! My dad has some pretty awesome people in his life & have already showed such generosity and again we strongly appreciate you!
