On Saturday evening, Jason was involved in a serious accident at St. Mary's College. Jason was a passenger in a golf cart that flipped over. As a result, he was thrown from the cart, sustained severe head trauma, and lost consciousness. Jason was airlifted from St. Mary's to the trauma unit at the Capital Region Medical Center in PG County, where he was stabilized. The doctors determined that Jason suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed, broken clavicle, several broken ribs, and several facial lacerations.

While his prognosis is good, Jason's recovery will be long. The hospital bills are piling up, and we wanted to help Jason out while he is working on getting himself better. It will also take Jason a while to recuperate enough to be able to be back in the salon, and to be free from recurring pain, so lost income will also be a huge factor.

Jason is a wonderful, positive, hilarious friend to so many, and works his magic in the salon to make so many appreciative clients feel glamorous. He deserves to focus on himself rather than stressing about the cost of the top notch medical care he received.
