Hello, my name is Jacob, and I am an artist living in Los Angeles, CA. I feel rather vulnerable putting this out there, but I've been dealing with a personal medical issue, and it has progressed to a point where a surgical operation is the only viable solution. However, the urgency of this situation has left me in a challenging position, both health-wise and financially. I was advised by a doctor to surgically address the issue several months ago, but despite my best efforts, I've found it impossible to save for the surgery while also keeping up with basic living expenses like rent and groceries. Additionally, my current job does not offer health insurance to part-time employees like myself.

I’m very aware that the current economic climate has made it particularly tough for many of us, but I am humbly reaching out to ask for your support. My goal is to raise $10,000 to cover the cost of the surgery, as well as antibiotics and medical supplies to aid my recovery. The recovery period is about 3 - 4 weeks. Every small donation will bring me one step closer to getting the treatment I need and alleviating this financial burden.
