Blessings to all. I am Ruth, Jackie’s older and only sister, I am 42 years old, and she is 36. About 6 weeks ago, my sister was diagnosed with cervical cancer stage 3; studies, and biopsies provided the results. When I received the news, I was devastated to know, how such a beautiful, smart, caring, loving, and strong human being like my sister could have this illness. We all know cancer, but we never think that it can happen to anyone of us or our loved ones; maybe you are reading this message, and have a family or friend that has gone through the same situation.

Thanks to the help, contributions, and huge heart from my family and friends in Guadalajara, Mexico, and parts of the US, we have accomplished to cover the payment for her first stage of the treatment, which represents 50% of the costs, what we have covered consists in 5 chemotherapy sessions, and 25 radiotherapy sessions that she has had since June 2nd, 2025, and will finish on July, 4th, 2025. But we still have a long way to go.

Today, I am asking for your help, please; so we can be able to cover for the next 50% of her treatment expenses coming up in July 7th, 2025, which is 3 brachytherapy sessions, medications, and surgery to remove the tumor, and womb. We need to raise $550,000 MEXICAN PESOS, which is about $30,000 dollars.

I am hoping and praying so much to God, that he grants my sister to recuperate her health, and be a testimony of life in his love and miracles. I will be uploading here, and sharing with you all, all the costs and expenses of this second stage of her treatment, for which I am asking for your help, including weekly updates.

After covering her treatment, if there are any remaining funds from your donations and contributions , will be donated and delivered by my sister and my mom, to cancer institutions and individuals with this illness that need medications and treatments, in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico, and I will be documenting on this too and sharing with you, all.

There are no words that can explain how you feel when one of your loved ones is affected by cancer. My sister has always been my dearest treasure, along with my small daughter and family, and I have always been by her side no matter what situation she encountered in life. She has gone through a lot in life, dealing with very difficult and sad situations, and yet, she has overcome all that. I profoundly admire her strength and courage for getting up, after being down to the very botttom.

Let me share with you something; my favorite painter is Vincent Van Gogh, he had a brother named Theo. His brother was the only person who unconditionally believed in him, and supported him all the way throughout his life and career, no matter what, Theo was always there for him. When Vincent couldn’t sell a single paint, when he was desperate because no one understood his precious art, or believed in him, when he needed food and shelter, Theo was always there fore him, giving and providing with all his love and care for Vincent, even if the world was not ready to embrace the great Van Gogh. To Jackie, I am her Theo, she calls me like this, because we relate to this story as I have always given her immense love and unconditional support, with her studies, life challenges, career, etc., and I have always believed in her profoundly. She is an exceptional human being and single mother, striving to raise her child and provide to him along with my Dad and Mom.

Today, I am asking for your help, because my biggest wish, is for my sister to heal, and recuperate her health, and to continue living, so she can see her child grow, and for her to continue helping people through her career, and to continue being part of my loved family.
