I have an urgent, yet temporary, need for some help. I lost my job in August and playing catch-up has been almost impossible to do on my own. I am extremely independent and rarely ask for help - this request is totally a last resort. Over the last 5 years, I've been hit by significant and considerable losses that have impacted me financially and more so emotionally. I'm in a position where I went from a rather good salary to a mere fraction of it (unemployment benefits). I am actively seeking new opportunities, interviewing, and working with recruiters, but no offers yet. I know many other people are having financial issues and this time of year is not ideal for asking for assistance, but if you can chip in to help me out, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
