In recent years, Joe was blessed to have joined his beloved family, becoming a supportive partner to Shani Edelstein and father figure to her sons, Baltazar and Max. Those who knew him saw a new, fulfilled, and happier-than-ever Joseph. He woke up early to cook breakfast for the boys, help with school pickups and football games, and bring smiles to everyone's faces. He also helped provide their family with a loving and comfortable home.
