Donate to help Griffin and Christina

Hi! My name is Kathy and I am a friend of Christina. If you know and love Christina Ferris-Peck and Griffin Peck like I do you may already know Griffin begins a big journey today. He is having a 13 level spinal cord fusion to treat a genetic disease called Schuermann’s Kyphosis. With this surgery there is a 10% risk of spinal cord injury. So the first thing we ask for is prayers and positive thoughts for the doctors and family today. I love this small but mighty lady. She has spent all the years I’ve known her reaching out and loving others. She is fiercely devoted to her kids and has made many sacrifices raising them on her own. Griffin has continued to amaze me over the years. He has already accomplished more in his young life than most his age.

I’d like to ask for financial support for Griffin and Christina. Griffin will be staying with Christina for an undetermined amount of time. She will be around the clock helping him to function and manage his pain. Both Griffin and Christina will need to take a portion of his recovery off work without pay and, like many of us can relate to, a lack of income will be difficult. There has also been a number of care items that needed to be purchased not covered by insurance to prepare for Griffin’s recovery as well as out of pocket deductibles to be met. Anything you are able to donate will help. Another great way to support them is through the meal train for them.
