Dad is sadly entering hospice care. He needs 24/7 medical care in these last few months of his life, yet he can't afford any of these facilities out-of-pocket at $8-9,000 per month. Medicare will cover hospice, but that only is 3 days per week. Anything you can donate will go directly towards one of these facilities, so he can have the proper medical care while on hospice.
