Help me give these cats a safe future

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve discovered something I never expected… a small feral cat colony has been living under my shed.

In the two years I’ve been here, I had only ever seen one cat occasionally, so I assumed she was just quietly living around the property, perhaps abandoned by a previous owner as neighbours are few and far between. A couple of weeks ago, after finding a kitten that hadn’t made it, I realised there were more cats here than I ever knew about.

Since then, I’ve managed to trap two kittens, both older, and now what I believe is mum as well, the same cat I’d seen from time to time.

The three I currently have are booked in for desexing and microchipping, which comes to $444, and I’ll continue trapping any others I find so they can be given the same chance.

They’re already starting to come around far more quickly than I expected, and with a bit of time and patience, I have no doubt they’ll become really lovely companions.

My goal is to have them desexed, microchipped, and placed into safe, indoor only homes free of charge, so they can have the fresh start they deserve.

Any support towards their vet costs would mean so much
