Peteys family send their thanks to everyone for all the contributions. We have well surpassed our goal and now we are banking funds for Peter’s daughters. In Loving Memory of Peter

We are heartbroken to share the tragic and unexpected passing of our beloved Peter — a devoted father to two beautiful daughters, a loving brother to two sisters, and a dear friend to so many.

Peter’s life was taken far too soon. He suffered a brutal assault that left him with devastating injuries — fractured ribs, a collapsed lung, and a punctured heart. Despite the efforts of medical staff at Mackenzie Health’s ICU, Peter sadly succumbed to his injuries. He passed away on Friday June 6 at 1:30 PM. May he rest in peace.

His sudden loss has left his mother and sisters not only grieving but also facing the painful task of arranging a funeral no one could have prepared for. In the midst of this tragedy, we are reaching out for support.

Peter was a humble soul. His family wishes to honor his memory with a simple, private farewell. Their hope is to have him cremated so that those who loved him can keep him close. The estimated cost for cremation and a modest casket is approximately $4,000 — a heavy burden in such a difficult time.

Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world. Your generosity will help lift some of the weight off Peter’s family and ensure he receives the peaceful goodbye he deserves.
