Geraldo has been with us since the very first mud slab – a true cornerstone of our concrete crew. More than a worker, he’s become like family to all of us. His work ethic, loyalty, and quiet strength have always set the tone on site.

Right now, Geraldo is going through a very difficult time with personal family matters that require his full attention. While he’s away, we want to come together and ease some of the financial pressure so he can focus on what’s most important.
