Hi, my name John Egwutu, I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your support for my cousin, who urgently needs assistance with his hospital bills. He requires surgery on his anus, which was previously moved to allow doctors to operate on his testicles.

The current cost of the procedure is 1.7 million naira (approximately £925), and at this point, every contribution—no matter the amount—will make a meaningful difference.

Please consider donating to support his treatment. Your help would be deeply appreciated by our family.

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
