Hello everyone,

this is our beloved family dog, Appa. He is just 8 years old and a few days ago, Appa had to be rushed to the emergency hospital because of excessive throwing up, extreme abdominal pain and diarrhea. After undergoing tests and examinations, the doctors told us he has a tumour with a high chance of cancer in his liver that can only be treated with surgery. Appa is battling internal bleeding, liver issues, and is living off of IV in the hospital and heavy pain medications. Every hour that passes, our family worries that we will be losing our dog due to the internal bleeding. The bills continuously increase as they have to keep administering medications, additional tests, and the surgery itself. Appa will be admitted for surgery on November 3rd, hopefully saving his life.

Appa’s surgery will cost around $10,000 in itself, and his all his tests, medications and hospital stays up until now have also amounted to around $8000 and is ongoing.

Everyone who knows Appa knows how much he is loved, and how much joy he brings to people around him. We are hoping he can make a full recovery post surgery even though he is battling through a lot of circumstances, but our family is asking for help.
