Donate to help Evie fund Ewing Sarcoma cancer research

Hi everyone,

On the 19th of December I will be participating in my firms annual charity Santa run. This year we are fundraising for Sarcoma UK, in support of Evie Watkin’s fundraising efforts.

Although I did not have the privilege of knowing Evie personally, like thousands of others I followed her online where she bravely documented her journey with Ewing Sarcoma, raising both awareness for the cancer as well as fundraising for its research. As Evie taught us, research for this rare and aggressive cancer is extremely underfunded, with only 30 children in the UK being diagnosed with Ewing each year.

All donations will go to Sarcoma UK as I will be donating all proceeds through Evie’s donation link below, where she has requested that the money raised go specifically to Ewing Sarcoma research. I urge you to go and read Evie’s story in her own words.

Evie was a truly brilliant young girl - kind, intelligent, and incredibly strong. Her legacy will live on, and her contribution to funding better treatment for this cancer, and ultimately a cure, will not be forgotten.
