Hi my names Hailey, Ethan’s sister. On Monday October 10th, Ethan lit up in flames from a fire pit accident. He was med flighted to UW Childrens located in Madison, WI. He has suffered from predominately 3rd degree burns on 80-90% of his body and is slowly making his recovery despite the numerous difficulties he has faced so far and will continue to face as time goes on. Ethan is your typical happy go lucky 7 year old boy that loves the outdoors, cartoons, peanut butter and jelly, and all kids stuff and has undoubtedly touched the hearts of every single person he has ever met. Our family is one that has come together now more than to be there for each other and for Ethan. As of right now, we are all going back and forth from different areas in Wisconsin to be by his side and still be taking care of ourselves and our homes. The reason for this go fund me is to be able to alleviate the financial stress of gas for commutes to and from the hospital, food, clothing for Ethan that he likely will need through the road of his recovery, medical supplies we will need for Ethan’s at home life and recovery, hotels and temporary housing facilities, and other necessities our family and Ethan will need throughout this.
