I am starting this GoFundMe for a very close friend of mine, Erin Furtado. She recently had an injury to her leg that requires her to have multiple surgeries, with many more to come. There is also a chance of amputation of her leg. She has many months ahead of her of physical therapy and occupational therapy as well.

This fundraiser is to help her maintain her apartment and pay her bills since she is unable to work and/or walk at this time. Most likely, she will be living in an assisted living situation as she recovers. Erin has a heart of gold and never hesitates to help others when needed.
