We all know Eric James Stevens to be a genuine and lovable guy. He was the first to step to your defense. He spoke his mind but respected yours.

Yesterday, this world lost a great one. Eric succumbed to the pressures of mental illness. I share this because there is no shame in struggling with mental illness-he would surely tell you that. Right now, his friends and family are trying to make the arrangements for his physical body to be cremated, per his request and his son's Corbin.

I know how much Eric meant to this world and how much he impacted the lives of many. This is just one small way to show our love for him. The big way we show love is to be kind to animals, stand up for those who need it, and love one another!

Please help us to grant his final wishes, as well as show his son some love. Support this fundraiser any way you can.

Bud, this world is better off because of you. You made a difference for the better, but there is still so many people to help, causes to fight for, and dogs to rescue. I know, I for one am devestated by your passing and miss you eternally. I know many more do too.
