My name is Mrs Sibhekinkosi Mkhwebu, residing at the above address.I am kindly requesting financial assistance towards medical expenses for my son ,Enock Melokuhle Mkhwebu ,who is currently battling a serious health condition.On the 25th of February,Enock was diagnosed with a growth.He subsequently underwent surgery on his head to remove the growth on his scalp.The costs associated with the procedure have been extremely difficult for me to cover.

Unfortunately,on the 28 of the same month,a new bump appeared on the left side of his ear ,which has since been growing aggressively.Doctors have confirmed that it is a tumor and have now recommended that Enock begin Chemotherapy as soon as possible.Enock is in severe pain and is fighting for his life .I am appealing for any form of financial support that could help us manage his medical bills and ensure he gets the treatment he urgently needs.He is a final -year Accounting student at NUST(National University of Science and Technology).
