Howdy, my name is Cory Cavness. I was raised by Nana after losing my mother to cancer when I was five years old. I was raised by strong women and good values.

I am a photographer and writer who supports small businesses and shoots small communities. We are here raising funds for Emily, a 22-year-old Latina, domestic abuse survivor, whom her abuser caused life-threatening injuries at twenty years old. Emily is able but now disabled for life. She’s currently displaced while caregiving for her mother, who is slowly losing her life to cancer. Emily is sober and a hard worker who was dealt a bad set of hands. She’s looking to relocate to a safe town as she is starting a job there caregiving and needs funds to pay for her new apartment. She continues to put a smile on her face and put her right foot forward every day, giving back to her community. Everyone deserves to be safe and secure, so please consider donating to her cause.
